Visitor Management

OneResi’s visitor management module empowers residents to approve or deny guest entries through the app, giving them control over community access and ensuring safety within the premises.

Facility Bookings

OneResi enables easy reservation of common facilities such as the gym, or function halls. Residents can view availability, book slots, and receive real-time updates—making amenity usage organized and fair.

Helpdesk and Communication

Residents can raise service requests, track complaints, share feedback, and receive timely updates through the OneResi platform. broadcast announcements, and schedule meetings and  enhance engagement—all in one place.

Invoice and Receipt Management Policy

The application allows unit  owners to view and manage invoices related to maintenance, and other associated charges. Users may submit payment details, including uploading proof of payment (e.g., bank receipts, transaction confirmations) for verification purposes. Upon successful verification, the system enables the generation and downloading of receipts in PDF format.

  • Name, unit being visited, ID proof
  • Additional details like phone number or photo, as required.
  • Entry/exit timestamps captured through security checkpoints
